DROP IN Sessions

Our weekly drop in sessions are open to all ages and skill level that cater to the busy family that has a schedule that fluctuates on the regular. Our sessions are usually 1.5 hours it is always taught by a high quality AAA coach and always focuses on skating, passing and shooting along with some down low battle drills to help simulate game scenarios along with multiple other drills. 

Fast Hockey with Steve Comegna

Experience elite, high-paced training with FAST Hockey sessions led by Steve Comegna!

These sessions are designed to elevate players' game-speed skills using the innovative FAST Cone—a specialized training tool engineered to replicate real-game scenarios and boost offensive performance. FAST Hockey drills focus on essential skills like advanced stick-handling techniques, wrist rolling, forearm and wrist strengthening, and extended range of motion. Players will develop explosive puck evasions, sharp toe-drags, quick tucks under opponents' sticks, and creative maneuvers to stay ahead of the competition.

PA DAY MINI CAMPS

Our PA Day Hockey Camps offers high-intensity training, focusing on elite edge work that hones in on the skating stride and control.

Each camp includes targeted stickhandling, shooting drills, quick passing, and quick transitional turns to simulate real-game situations. These sessions are designed to challenge players and push their skills to the next level, ensuring they leave with a deeper understanding of the game and improved techniques.
